AGA Pre-Enrollment Form (2011/2012) 

This pre-enrolment form is to help the AGA determine the different classes required for the new school year starting in September 2011, and to help prospective students determine if a class will be available at their preferred time. Prospective students are encouraged to complete the form and submit it to the school. This is only an expression of intent to take the AGA program at this time, and does not bind the student to register. However, a place in the requested class will be reserved for those who do complete and submit the form. The AGA will advise prospective students if the requested class will be available, and then the student can formalize their enrolment by completing the Registration form on the next page.
