AGA Pre-Enrollment Form (2010/2011) 

This pre-enrollment form is to help the AGA determine the different classes required for the new school year, and to help prospective students determine if a class will be available at their preferred time. Prospective students are encouraged to complete it and submit it to the school. This is only an expression of interest in taking the course and does not bind the student to register; but a place in the selected class will be reserved, until registration is requested, for those who do complete and submit the form. The AGA will advise prospective students if the selected class will be available and then the student can complete the formal Registration form on the next page.
